Refunds and Returns Policy

At SkipIt Pretoria, we strive to provide reliable and efficient mini skip hire services. Due to the nature of skip hire, we have the following policy:
1. Cancellations

You may cancel your booking free of charge if we have not yet delivered the skip.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee of R450.

2. No Refunds After Delivery

Once the skip has been delivered to your property, no refunds will be issued for change of mind, weather conditions, or if the skip is not filled.
The hire period and fees are non-refundable once the skip is on site.

3. Early Collection

If you request early collection of the skip, no refund will be given for unused days.

4. Exceptions
We will consider a partial refund only in the following situations:

We delivered the wrong size skip.
The skip was damaged before use (through no fault of the customer).
Major service failure on our part.

5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your booking reference.

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
